These Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with the products and services of Fixeets (the "Service") operated by Fixeets ("we", "us", or "our").
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service are conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

You may contact us via any email address associated with the domain name fixeets.com.
All notifications and communications between users and Fixeets shall be considered effective when conducted through this method.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionalities remain the exclusive property of Fixeets and its licensors.
The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws in France and internationally.
Our trademarks and visual identity may not be used without prior written consent from Fixeets.
Links to Third-Party Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Fixeets.
Fixeets has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
We recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website you visit.
Third-Party Services
The Service may depend on or interact with third-party services, including Google services.
Fixeets does not guarantee the continuous availability of such services and is not responsible for interruptions or malfunctions caused by third-party providers.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.
Subscriptions
Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription").
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual billing cycle.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled via your Stripe management page.
You must provide accurate and complete billing information.
If automatic payment fails, an electronic invoice will be issued with a specified payment deadline.
Refund Policy
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
For annual subscriptions, refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of payment.
After 14 days, no refunds will be granted.
A 5 percent administrative and processing fee will be deducted from approved refunds.
Add-on Terms of Use
Modification of Generated Sheets
Sheets generated by the add-on must only be modified using the provided console.
Manual modifications may render the Service unusable and void support eligibility.
Model Regeneration
Model regeneration permanently deletes all generated sheets.
Users are responsible for backing up their data prior to regeneration.
Fixeets does not perform data backups.
Usage Limitation
The add-on is limited to one document per Google account.
Creating a new instance in another file will render the previous document obsolete.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your Subscription in cases of non-payment or violation of these Terms.
We are not liable for damages resulting from suspension or termination.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Fixeets makes no express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fixeets shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Force Majeure
Fixeets shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government action, labor disputes, third-party outages, or internet failures.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use Fixeets for:
- Illegal or fraudulent activities
- Spam or unsolicited communications
- Hate, harassment, or violent content
- Intellectual property infringement
- Distribution of malware or harmful code
We encourage responsible and lawful use of the Service.
Fixeets reserves the right to terminate Subscriptions in cases of unlawful or unethical behavior.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Fixeets regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
If changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days notice.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
