About Us

Who we are, where we are headed, and what we are building.

Our Story

Fixeets was born from a simple observation: implementing an ERP, inventory management system, or CMMS is often more complex and heavier than expected.

We experienced these projects ourselves: specifications that are difficult to formalize, market solutions that feel oversized or poorly adapted, convincing demonstrations but complex implementation, time-consuming training, evolving costs, and business operations that must continue in parallel.

In operational reality, organizations do not always have a team dedicated to digital transformation. They already have a business to run, teams to coordinate, and emergencies to manage. Doubts arise: is it the right software, will the teams adopt it, what happens if the project lead leaves the organization, and above all… is the investment truly under control?

In response, many decide to build their own system using a structured spreadsheet. It is flexible, reassuring, and under control. But over time, the tool becomes dependent on one person, grows more complex, becomes difficult to maintain, and limits collaboration.

Fixeets was created to resolve this tension between heavy ERP systems and fragile internal tools.

We offer a modular ERP solution directly integrated into Google Workspace, designed to deliver power without heaviness. The objective is to add a structured and intelligent layer to the tools already used daily: a solution that is quick to adopt, collaborative by nature, scalable, and robust enough to structure operations without making them rigid.

Vision

Make ERP simple and accessible.

We aim to make structured management tools accessible without heavy projects or complex transformations by integrating clear organization directly into Google Workspace.

We believe in an approach that prioritizes integration over adding another software tool, simplicity over complexity, and operational efficiency over feature overload.

Objectives

  • Integrate rather than add: build on tools already used daily and add a structured business layer to Google Sheets.
  • Focus on what matters: cover key operational needs without overloading the tool, delivering less complexity and more efficiency.
  • Enable gradual growth: provide activatable, customizable, and scalable modules so the solution grows with the organization without requiring a complete overhaul.
