Fixeets Rental is an equipment rental management app for small rental businesses, built on Google Sheets. You record customers, equipment and rentals from the web app, on a computer or a phone, and everything is saved in a Google Sheet in your own Drive. It is in beta: the essentials work today and features are added based on feedback.

A booked or ongoing rental blocks its equipment for the whole period. When you create a rental, Fixeets checks the quantity available on those dates and tells you if it is not enough. Drafts do not block equipment, and a late return keeps the equipment unavailable until it is back.

Yes. From a rental you generate the agreement with your logo, stamp, clauses and general rental terms, print it or save it as a PDF to your Drive, then attach the signed copy (PDF or photo) to the rental.

You can start for free. The Standard plan covers up to 10 pieces of equipment and 5 rentals per month, with unlimited customers. The Pro plan removes these limits, adds collaborators and permissions, and removes the Fixeets mention from your agreements.

Not yet. During the beta you use Fixeets Rental in your browser: the web app works on a computer and on a phone, and your data stays in your Google Sheet.

Operate with confidence: your data in your control

Fixeets runs on top of Google Sheets and stores all data in your own Google Drive. We don't have access to your data, and we don't store it on any Fixeets servers.

Access is managed through Google authentication. Security is governed by your Google account settings and Google's own infrastructure standards.
