Preventive maintenance is scheduled before a failure occurs - you define recurring tasks per asset and set intervals. Corrective maintenance is logged after a failure. Fixeets Maintenance tracks both types in Google Sheets.

At minimum: equipment list, work orders (planned and reactive), service history per asset, spare parts used, and upcoming preventive tasks. Reporting on downtime and cost becomes useful after three to six months of history. Spare parts stock can be tracked with Fixeets Inventory Management, a separate Fixeets product.

You can define maintenance plans per asset, specifying task type, interval (weekly, monthly, seasonal), and assigned technician. Upcoming tasks are surfaced clearly so nothing is missed.
