Fixeets Inventory installs as a side panel inside Google Sheets, so your stock data stays in the spreadsheet your team already trusts. Scan barcodes, log movements, and see live levels without switching tools or learning a new interface. Setup takes a few minutes from the Google Workspace Marketplace, and every change writes straight back to the same Sheet your team already shares.
The add-on opens as a side panel next to your existing sheet. The first time you run it, Fixeets sets up a few dedicated tabs inside that same spreadsheet on your behalf, for stock counts, locations, and movement history, so you are not starting from a blank sheet. After that initial setup, you just open the add-on from Extensions whenever you come back, and your data is already there. Teams already running inventory in Google Sheets can adopt it without retraining anyone, and teams new to structured tracking get a working setup the same day they install it.

Setup
How to set up in minutes
No configuration required - follow these steps and you are ready to go.

Open Google Sheets in your browser.
Go to sheets.google.com and sign in with the Google account you want to use for inventory.

Go to Extensions → Add-ons → Get add-ons.
This opens the Google Workspace Marketplace directly inside Sheets.

Search "Fixeets Inventory" and click Install.
Select your account when prompted and confirm the install.

Grant the requested permissions.
These are standard for any Google Sheets add-on and only apply to files you choose to connect.

Open the add-on from Extensions and connect it to your stock sheet.
Follow the in-panel setup to create or link your first inventory sheet.
Privacy
Your data and permissions
Fixeets does not store your inventory data on external servers. Everything stays in your own Google Drive, in the same Sheet you already use. The add-on only uses the permissions you grant to create and manage files inside your Google Sheets environment, and you can revoke that access from your Google account settings at any time.

Common questions about this platform
Google Sheets add-ons are only available in the browser version of Google Sheets (desktop or mobile browser). The Google Sheets Android and iOS apps do not support add-ons. For mobile access, use the Fixeets mobile app instead.
Yes - Fixeets is free to install on all platforms. A free plan is available with core features. Paid plans unlock additional capacity and team features. No credit card required to start.
After installation, open any Google Sheets file, go to Extensions in the top menu, and you will see Fixeets listed there. Click it to open the side panel and start setup.
Your data stays in your Google Sheets. Uninstalling the add-on removes the Fixeets panel from Extensions but does not delete your spreadsheet data. You can reinstall at any time and reconnect to the same data.
Fixeets uses Google sign-in across all platforms. A Google account (personal Gmail or Google Workspace) is required. This is what connects the app to your inventory data in Google Sheets.
